SA640 Rice Color Sorter Description:
Its working principle depends on the different color of materials. Our machine separates materials to different groups, in oder to improve the materials quality. For example, it can sort all impurties such as rice-like stones, insects, cigarette butts, various glasses, desiccants, side by side stones of the same color, soil blocks, charcoal, cereals, plastics, metals, animal waste and etc. from mixed different colors groups.
When the color sorter is working, feed hoppers under the action of vibrator will arrange the materials uniform distribution in each chute. Then our innovative hawkeye recognition camera will scan the falling materials and computing at the same time. If it's found that there are unqualified materials or impurities in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods into the hopper.
Our new high frequency solenoid valve is exclusive for color sorter with ultra-low air consumption and high reject accuracy. Its perfect self-recovery system ensures low maintenance cost and long lifetime over 10 billion times.
SA640 Rice Optical Sorter Working Principle:
Rice processing begins in a milling plant, where the harvested grains run through a production line where the paddy is boiled, dried, de-stoned, husked, hulled and shelled into rice. It then is taken to the color sorter machine. At this point, the rice mixture will travel by elevator belt into a hopper on top of the machine, from which it will flow down along chutes in the colour sorter, streamlining their flow to so that they may be scanned by CCD sensors. The moment the camera detects any color defects, the camera instructs ejectors fitted in the machine to open the nozzle. The nozzle is connected to valves containing compressed air. This air is then used to shoot out the color defected material from the input rice. The types of defects in rice include black tipped, chalky, yellow, mouse droppings, immature grain, etc.
