Infrared TTW6R Tea Color Sorting Machine With High Frequency Solenoid Valve
Tea Color Sorter Description:
The sorting machine is mainly used to sort the impurities from block and granular materials (such as: herbs, dried fruit, etc.) by hand. The tail of the conveyor belt is equipped with a metal detector, screening metal suspicious material. And then the selected material enters the receiving hopper for packaging.
1.Frame Part
Carrying all the components of this machine. By the model of 40x40xδ2.5mm, made of stainless steel 304 square tube welding composition. The bottom is equipped with 8 universal casters with height adjustable feet.
2. Conveyor Part
Belt conveyor is 3m long, 0.75m wide, and its power is from the variable frequency worm gear reducer. The double sides guards are adjustable both in height and in width. There is a flattening device at the entrance of the belt machine. The material of guards, flattening device, frame, shafts and adjustable belt tension block are 304 stainless steel.
3. Feeding Part
There are feeding frames and feeding hoppers. Pants-shape feeding hopper, there is an electromagnetic vibration feeder below each pant leg , a total of two. Each pant's discharging port with a baffle which can adjust the amount of discharge. The purpose of the adjustable is to facilitate uniform feeding.
4.Lamp Support Part
Designing lamp support for humanized design, to provide the lighting for the convenience of the inspection staffs.
5.Electric Control Part
There are conveyor speed converter and electromagnetic vibration feed frequency regulator. An emergency stop switch is provided at the diagonal of the control box. In the electronic control box reserved location for metal detector power supply for user.
